I finished reading Choose Joy by Sara Frankl, I had to read it twice, the first time I missed most of it because I was in tears from the emotions overfilling my heart, the second time my eyes were dry and my heart will overfilled with admiration, appreciation and JOY.
I put it back on the wall, where I display it so I am always reminded of her ability to choose joy each and every day.
What an amazing soul she was, she is the one who inspired me to find ways to bring a little love and joy to the AS community, Teaching me to be grateful and by doing so teaches me to Choose Joy....
Today I am so grateful to this beautiful human being and the courage it took for her to Choose Joy and inspire us to do the same.
Rest in peace Sweet Sara.
