The other day there was a story about a little boy being found in his family’s pool and was in critical condition. Today that child has passed away, this is a family of our community. I pray they find peace. That memories will fill their souls instead of pain, but I know from experience that may never happen.
Today I am grateful for the volunteer fire and paramedics who on must go through this on an ordinary workday, especially after the trauma of our school shooting in May.
Rest in peace sweet baby.
I will remember to be grateful that for this evening everyone is my life is alright.
