A few years ago I started The Cookie Happier Life Challenge and to be honest it's been one of the hardest challenges of my life and I have had a lot of them.
One of the things I included in this challenge was holding people myself included accountable.
One of the things I included in this challenge was holding people myself included accountable.
No more excuses, reasons or justifying their actions towards me.
I've never really been a person who believed in what people said, I was more of a watch their actions kind of gal.
The words may fool you but the actions never do. You would think at my age I would have this down but I don't.
Five years ago today I listened to someone make a promise to me, and I have waited for five years for them to keep their promise.
It's no longer about what the promise originally meant to me but holding that person accountable. You see the sad truth is I no longer care.
Today I am grateful for the Cookie Happier Life Challenge because I am learning to hold myself accountable and learning my worth not only to myself but to others as well.
