I had so much that I wanted to do. I wanted to drag out the rest of the ruined items to get them ready for heavy trash pickup.
But I never managed to do it.
It was a day of a whirlwind of this and that and nothing ever got accomplished.
My favorite movie growing up and to this day is the Wizard of Oz and at this time of my life, I feel like Dorothy must have when she landed in Oz.
My daughter and grandchildren bought me a beautiful Dorothy statue for my birthday. It's stunning and so beautiful and means the world to me.
Is funny how much life has changed since that beautiful day in July...
Let's hope I have a Glinda the Good Witch of the North in my life soon because I am going to need her.

Today's blessing is I have survived another say with my sanity. As I am typing this I can hear the soft music of the windchimes that my daughter bought me for mother's day and I am reminded that love of family is all that really matters in life.
Today I am grateful that God chose me to be the mother of this amazing person and Nanny to these incredible people!
