Today has been a day of kind words…..

I find it amazing how people fail to realize the impact that words have on people and their lives.

They have the power to lift you up or to destroy you.

Leaving no evidence of their destruction or healing, no gaping wounds or bright lights surrounding us.

Today I am grateful for the things people say, in love, friendship or compassion to help another’s day to be better.
