It has been six years since my Wallie passed away, so much loss since that day. It has been a day filled with memories of days in the past. I spent most of the day in bed, seems Ankylosing Spondylitis wanted to be a pain in my AS.....
Today I am grateful to have memories to carry me through the painful days.
