This has been the battle in my soul ever since we lost Austin, I fight not to let the rage destroy all that is beautiful in my life. I hate the person that I am becoming, if I am to be truthful, I do not even recognize this person that looks back at me in the mirror.
I guess that is why My Garden of Gratitude is so important to me, so I can feed the right wolf that resides in my soul.
I found this story many years ago and keep it on my desktop so I can read it daily.
Today I am grateful for this blog that allows me to go back and see the beautiful things that have touched my life and continue to find gratitude despite the pain in my soul.
