Remembering

I finally woke up enough today to climb out of bed and continued to think it was Tuesday....

I was made aware that today was the day of the funeral of a friend I met in 1978...

Today I will remember the friendship we had.... 

I am consumed with guilt not being able to attend her funeral. I will try to remind myself that I am only human and doing the best I can. I can not believe she will no longer be here.


Today I am grateful for the people who have came and went in my life.
