I do not understand why friends call you with their numbers blocked. I mean really are we still in high school? I have two friends who I love and adore but lately they have been calling me with their numbers marked private knowing dang well I will not answer these types of calls. I will admit it is getting to me, but I am not going to say a word to them. I know the “why”, but it still is hurtful. I am not going to allow people to be able to say well I did call you but…. 

Nope no more. I am working on trying to make my life less toxic by changing things within my control.

So today I am deleting numbers out of my phone so I will not be tempted to call them back. When they call with their number unblocked, then we will move forward. I am too old for this, and it is petty.

So for my birthday today, I am giving myself the gift of peace. Happy Birthday Cookie!

So today I am grateful for the friends in my life that love me through the good and bad times of my life.
