Compassion Of Others

With the death of Gail, following Gayle, Tanya, and Annie’s death I am in such a place of struggle and hopelessness.

When my grandmother died, I remember sitting outside by myself crying and a butterfly came and sat across from me for the longest time. Butterflies have always been something I collected. My daughter and I planted a butterfly garden earlier.

Butterflies give me a sense of peace and hope and today when I was lost in tears, a beautiful Indian Leafwing butterfly landed today by Postal service bringing me such an amazing gift of love.
I received a beautiful letter that I had to read at least four times, a beautiful spoon for strength and a beautiful handmade butterfly and little flowers of my favorite color.

I can’t begin to tell you how much I needed your letter and love today…..

Today I am grateful for the compassion of others in my time of need.
