This beautiful woman is Genie, who has been my infusion nurse since 2003. Thirteen years she has administered Remicade to me every 4 weeks. She has heard my darkest fears, helped me during some very tragic moments but most of all she has never judged me only offer me gentle hope during the times I thought I could not continue on.
Today I am so grateful that she is in my life not only as my nurse but as my friend.
