Love With Every Step

Earlier this month I had sent items to the Philippines to Ivanhoe’s village for the children. He sent me pictures today of a Faces of AS Banner that was made for us and walked through the village flying that banner and sharing the items I had sent. It was beautiful, loving and so humbling. I was overcome with such a sense of sadness and gratitude at the same time, wondering why we as human beings cannot be a little kinder to each other.

Today I am grateful for a man whose every step is consumed in pain would walk to honor me with so much love.
