Beyond His Years

There is such an amazing story behind this picture that it would take a lifetime to write. The young man wearing the headphones is my grandson who is blind, and the other young man is my granddaughter’s boyfriend. He is helping my grandson sharpen his skills playing cards while wearing an Orcam device that assist the blind, it is so amazing! The goal is to help Hunter to play well enough independently so that he may participate in boy's night of cards and laughter. My heart is so filled with joy, watching this and so much love for them both.

Today I am grateful for this wonderful young man who showed a level of compassion that is beyond his years.
